Charles O’Connor is the Chief Executive Officer of Charles O’Connor Consulting Network Limited, a professional services company with emphasis on Web Based Accounting, Tax Planning and Business Advisory Services. Charles is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. He is also a Registered Public Accountant since 2000. He has received training in Fixed Income Securities at the New York Institute of Finance, Treasury Control within Banks at The Bank of Jamaica in association with Crown Agents-UK, and Project Management with the University of New Orleans.
Over the last twenty five (25) years, Charles has held Senior Executive positions in both the Public and Private Sectors. Charles has distinguished himself as General Manager of Finance and Planning at the Transport Authority of Jamaica (2006-2010), Financial Controller at Carib Engineering Corporation (2001-2006), Director - Securities Management in the Debt Management Division of the Ministry of Finance and Planning (1998-2001), Finance Manager at RJR Interim Management Services (1997-1998). Director of Finance-Jamaica Broadcasting Corporation (1995-1997). Charles has served and continue to serve on boards in both public and private sectors in addition to his various philanthropic involvement. He presently serves as a Dispute Resolution Tribunal member of the Jamaica Consumer Affairs Commission-an agency of under the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce.

Andrea brings to the team over two decades of professional experience at Senior Management including media, airline and the insurance industry. Andrea is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Association of Chartered certified Accountants (UK) and the institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica. She also is a Certified Public Accountant (USA).

Errol, a former Director General of the Tax Audit and Assessment Department (TAAD) brings to the Board unparalleled expertise and experience in all areas of Taxation. Errol has at one time, headed the Tax Payer Appeals division in Jamaica and is therefore very familiar with all aspects of taxation including Taxation Treaty issues.

Pauline is an Insurance Executive with many years experience in group and life
insurance. She also comes to the board with over two decades of Marketing and
Management experience in varying industries.

Mario is an Architect with over six years experience in Urban Development and Planning. He holds a Masters in architecture from the University of Technology.

Kerrian is a trained Records Management Professional and presently holds the position of Records Manager in a Public Service entity. She brings to the board a wealth of knowledge and experience in electronic and manual records management systems and best practices. She serves as the Corporate Secretary and advises on related matters.

Lisamae is an Attorney at Law with nearly a decade of experience in the field of Commercial Law and Management. She is now a practicing attorney in the area of Commercial Law.
