A Legacy of Service and Leadership
COCN is led by Charles O’Connor, a Chartered Accountant, Registered Public Accountant, and Practising Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ). With over 20 years of audit and financial management experience, Charles has helped shape the accounting landscape in Jamaica.
Today, Charles leads a dynamic team that audits some of Jamaica’s largest government agencies and public-private housing developments—projects valued in the tens of billions. He also holds a license as an Insolvency Trustee and serves on key national bodies including the Consumer Affairs Commission Dispute Resolution Tribunal and the ICAJ Tax Committee.
His vision for COCN is simple but powerful: to empower companies through technology, compliance, and strategic financial advice—delivered with precision and integrity.
