Charles O’Connor is the Chief Executive Officer of Charles O’Connor Consulting Network Limited, a professional services company with emphasis on Web Based Accounting, Tax Planning and Business Advisory Services. Charles is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. He is also a Registered Public Accountant since 2000. He has received training in Fixed Income Securities at the New York Institute of Finance, Treasury Control within Banks at The Bank of Jamaica in association with Crown Agents-UK, and Project Management with the University of New Orleans.

Over the last twenty five (25) years, Charles has held Senior Executive positions in both the Public and Private Sectors. Charles has distinguished himself as General Manager of Finance and Planning at the Transport Authority of Jamaica (2006-2010), Financial Controller at Carib Engineering Corporation (2001-2006), Director – Securities Management in the Debt Management Division of the Ministry of Finance and Planning (1998-2001), Finance Manager at RJR Interim Management Services (1997-1998).

Director of Finance-Jamaica Broadcasting Corporation (1995-1997). Charles has served and continue to serve on boards in both public and private sectors in addition to his various philanthropic involvement. He presently serves as a Dispute Resolution Tribunal member of the Jamaica Consumer Affairs Commission-an agency of under the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce.
